Civil engineering supervisor, water and electricity installation supervisor, Landscape Engineer
Major and number of people:
15 installation professionals in water supply and drainage, building electrical and intelligent, building environment and energy application engineering
10 persons in civil engineering, engineering management, engineering supervision, construction engineering technology and other disciplines
Job requirements:
1. Graduation of engineering related majors (male students are preferred in view of industry characteristics)
2. Strong learning ability, good working attitude, good communication and expression ability.
3. Good health and good conduct
4. Have team spirit.
Responsibilities:
1. Carry out on-site supervision under the guidance of professional supervision engineers;
2. Check the manpower, materials, main equipment, use and operation of the project invested by the contractor, and make inspection records;
3. Review or directly obtain the relevant data of engineering measurement from the construction site and sign the original certificate;
4. According to the design drawings and relevant standards, check and record the Contractor's process or construction process, and record the results of processing, manufacturing and process construction quality inspection;
5. Act as a side station, point out problems in time and report to the professional supervision engineer;
6. Keep supervision diary and relevant supervision records.
Salary: 48000 yuan in the first year.
