In August, Suzhou Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau issued the Notice of the Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau on adjusting and Optimizing the scoring standards for comprehensive Credit evaluation of engineering supervision Enterprises, Su Zhujian (2023) No. 41, which put forward higher requirements for supervision work. In order to standardize the supervision and management of our company, the engineering Department organized all the directors and project leaders to study the spirit of the document and related contents together. Xie Chunhua announced and carried out the use of supervision recorder in all recent projects and standardized use documents, summarized the shortcomings and correction requirements in the use process. Shao Bingshao announced the credit score file of our company this year, analyzed the reasons for losing points, and put forward the shortcomings in the next step to continue to strengthen. Wang Songwang, manager of the engineering Department, analyzed and explained the precautions one by one by comparing the evaluation standard documents and the key points of normal work, with special emphasis on the possible bad behaviors in the supervision process and the inspection normative provisions for a profound analysis. Ge Feng, deputy general manager of the company, commented on the main points of the meeting, and put forward work requirements and expectations for all frontline personnel of the company.
