On September 3, 2022, the company's Chief Engineering Office, the Administration and Personnel Department, and the trade union organized this year's new internship and graduate business training and symposium. Except for the 4 interns in the overseas project, the other 26 students all signed in on time to participate in the training.
Before the training began, the students introduced themselves one by one. Everyone came from all over the country, and there were many students from minority nationalities (Tujia, Buyi, Miao, Shui, Dong, etc.), and the atmosphere quickly became relaxed and active.
Subsequently, Xie General Manager of the Chief Engineering Office, Shao General Manager, and Yang Director of the Administration and Human Resource Department respectively explained and promoted the contents of "the use of the sixth set of supervision forms in Jiangsu Province (revised version) and the standard filling in of supervision forms, the safety knowledge of supervisors, and the basic management system of the company". The students understood the basic content of supervision work and on-site safety knowledge, and understood the basic management process of the company. Through this training, the students have a preliminary understanding of the company's basic situation, management system, development future and other situations, and enhance everyone's sense of identity for the company.
After a break for refreshments, we will enter the panel session. We hope that such training can be carried out frequently. The project site is the second classroom, and we will follow the master to practice on the project site. After one stage, we will concentrate on business sorting training, combining theory and practice to get twice the result with half the effort.
The students also talked about the work experience, life situation and personal ideas in the project site for more than a month, and expressed their outlook on life. At the same time, some concerns are also raised, such as development prospects, compensation issues, logistics support and so on. Shao General, Director Yang also made one explanation. In the communication, we have narrowed the distance and increased the intimacy of each other.
After the training seminar, we went to the hotel booked by the trade union for lunch and celebrated the first Mid-Autumn Festival in advance.
