In order to better ensure the safety management of the construction projects under construction of our company and prevent the occurrence of safety accidents, we now require all supervision project departments to carefully do the following safety matters in advance

1, improve the flood prevention plan and implement emergency supplies

It is necessary to improve the flood prevention plan of each project according to the weather conditions and the actual situation of the respective projects, prepare sufficient flood prevention and rescue materials and equipment, and implement emergency rescue teams. Once the danger is found, ensure that the rescue materials, equipment and teams are present at any time, especially in the construction of low-lying areas and the construction site workers' dormitory area, and pay close attention to the weather conditions. Formulate feasible flood prevention plans, once the danger occurs, can transfer the masses in time to avoid casualties.

2、Comprehensively investigate hidden dangers and ensure safety

Focus on checking whether the project has prepared a special construction plan for dangerous projects, whether it is organized and implemented in accordance with the special construction plan, whether there are still various types of safety hazards, etc., and resolutely eliminate all kinds of safety hazards to ensure construction safety.

Each project department should focus on strengthening the inspection of the following safety issues:

First, strengthen the safety management of deep foundation pit, high support mold, scaffolding and other dangerous projects, check deep foundation pit (high slope), high support mold projects and earth and rock works, focus on checking whether the slope or wall protection of the above projects are hidden dangers, whether it has an impact on the surrounding environment, the stacking situation around the ditch and pit, drainage measures, etc., for problems, Take reinforcement measures in time.

Second, strengthen the safety management of scaffolding. Check the internal and external scaffolding, formwork support, unloading platform, especially strengthen the inspection of scaffold foundation, frame structure, pull joints, scissors support, scaffold foundation parts shall not be suspended, shall not collect water, strictly control the scaffold construction scheme, technical disclosure and inspection, to ensure the safety of scaffolding.

Third, strengthen the safety management of large machinery and equipment, check all large machinery and equipment such as tower cranes, external elevators, material elevators, etc., focus on checking the foundation of large machinery and equipment, wall attachment, pull joint, wind rope and other key facilities involving structural stability, all kinds of machinery and equipment should not accumulate water, and take reinforcement measures in time if there are problems. Ensure the safety of large machinery and equipment.

Fourth, strengthen the safety management of high work, check the high work situation, and focus on checking the use of "three treasures" and the protection of the edge hole. Where problems exist, rectification shall be made immediately. In case of heavy rain and strong wind, it is prohibited to climb and hang in the open air to ensure the safety of personnel.

Five、Strengthen the safety management of temporary facilities at the site, investigate temporary office areas, buildings in living areas, material warehouses, walls and other temporary facilities, repair and reinforce safety hazards, and prevent collapse accidents; If water blocking or waterlogging occurs on the construction site, measures shall be taken to deal with it in time.

Sixth, strengthen the construction site construction power safety management, pay attention to strengthen the rainy flood prevention work, heavy rain to arrange special inspection, so as to avoid the total power distribution room caused by water accidents. Distribution boxes and switch boxes at all levels should be set up to prevent rain, all electricity facilities should be comprehensively checked whether lightning protection measures are in place and rectified in time, the ground laying line should ensure that there is no fracture site, thunderstorms occur, and all outdoor construction should be stopped.
