First, we will strengthen the implementation of corporate responsibility. During the "two sessions" period, dangerous operations (especially hot operations) should be suspended in principle, and non-necessary operations should not be carried out, and supervision departments should be supervised and upgraded. Third, strengthen the construction safety management of dangerous projects. Each project under construction should upgrade the control of all kinds of dangerous projects and large equipment, strictly manage the links such as the preparation, review, demonstration, disclosure and acceptance of special plans, and organize experts to carry out a survey of risks and hidden dangers of dangerous projects in strict accordance with the construction work of special plans, adhere to the inspection and reform, and resolutely prevent hidden dangers from becoming accidents.
Fourth, strengthen the prevention of falling from high places. Each project under construction should strictly implement the "Notice on Further standardizing the management of construction site personnel in the city" and other requirements, strictly implement the "One belt, one hat", "three-level safety education" for new entrance personnel and the pre-shift safety "morning meeting" system, check and make up for the protection of the site edge hole, and effectively eliminate the risk of falling from the height of the site.

During the "two sessions", the park planning and Construction Committee and the quality and safety station will increase the frequency of inspections, maintain the high pressure situation of administrative law enforcement, resolutely and seriously investigate and punish the behavior of touching the safety "high voltage line", and comprehensively use effective measures such as notification, interview, exposure, enterprise credit evaluation, and transfer of administrative penalties to tighten the main responsibility of enterprises.
