At this stage, the entire construction industry is facing severe challenges in the hot summer weather, and site safety supervision and control is facing great pressure. In order to improve the management level of the company, the Chief Engineering Office of the Engineering Department organized some project directors to review and summarize some typical quality and safety problems encountered in the process of project supervision, and study the new documents and regulations recently issued by the government departments. In particular, the problems found in some projects during the special inspection and comprehensive inspection of the first half of the year were deeply analyzed. And invited Shi Lubing safety experts to give colleagues a lecture on "Safety Accident Case Analysis and Safety Knowledge", explaining and reviewing the safety accident cases in recent years, summarizing the typical characteristics of accidents prone to construction sites, the focus of construction project safety management, and the ways and methods of safety management of the supervision department. At the same time, the management documents of dangerous projects, the implementation documents of safety production responsibility system, and the identification methods of on-site risk sources are discussed and studied! Manager Wang of the Engineering Department asked the participating colleagues to strictly refer to the documents and standard requirements in their daily work, refine the supervision work methods, and provide supervision (management) services for Party A! During the meeting, some colleagues summarized and reported the confusion and difficulties existing in the construction site safety supervision management, and jointly analyzed and discussed the methods of supervision in the future site safety management with safety experts and company leaders. Through this meeting, colleagues benefited a lot and laid a solid foundation for the future supervision work!
