Summary of the meeting content:
One. The head of the engineering department summarized the project inspection and resumption situation in the past quarter. All the company's monitored projects have resumed work. Through five core tasks including on-site temporary power management, supervision document management, fire safety management, dust control, and major hazardous project management, the supervision work of each project of the company was inspected. Issues such as non-compliant grounding of some distribution boxes, some fire extinguishers being expired, insufficient restoration of edge protection, and incomplete safety education and technical handover materials for new workers were identified. Through the efforts of all participating parties, these common problems have been largely improved. The engineering department will assist each supervision project in strictly adhering to the safety red line and quality checkpoints, focusing on supervising the regular safety education of workers and the implementation of major hazardous projects, to ensure the smooth and orderly progress of construction production.
Two. The head of the Chief Engineer's Office provided a detailed explanation of the new document "Measures for the Establishment of Safety Management Institutions and the Allocation of Safety Management Personnel in Construction Enterprises and Projects", the revised version of the seventh set of supervision forms, and the "Special Dangerous Engineering Document" No. 2026-8. He also unified the application rules.
Three. The project director of Zhonghuan Square shared his excellent experience in the management of equipment for climbing operations in the project. The attending directors, drawing on this excellent experience, actively discussed the ideas for safety and quality management in the project in the future, laying a solid foundation for their professional supervision skills.
Four. The company's management has set new year's work requirements for each project director. They will continue to strengthen project inspection and assistance, while maintaining that no project inspection is conducted by the engineering department once. They will also promote the quality special inspection process to ensure that there are no quality safety blind spots in each project, providing customers with peace of mind. They encourage employees to enhance their self-study and actively participate in various business ability competitions organized by the association to strive for honors for the company and themselves.
