With the expansion of our supervision and management business on R & D and production clean workshop projects year by year, we have formulated a deep-level plan to train supervision and technical personnel to improve our supervision and management level in clean workshop projects. The Chief Engineering Office of the company and the Engineering Department organized a technical exchange meeting on clean room construction supervision in the Diagnostic Project Department of High-tech Zone. The supervision part explained the relevant processes and technologies of clean workshop construction, and shared the experience of control norms, problem analysis and rectification, interweaving management of each process and construction management of restricted space in the construction process. The Supervision Department strictly implements the key node control experience that has not been exposed to in ordinary projects, such as the system of each process template leading, the system of assessment of key process posts, the system of drawing reading and teaching, and the training system of construction standards. Through this study and exchange, the participating supervision engineers had a sufficient understanding of the clean workshop construction process standards, actively discussed, and shared their successful management experience in the project, improve each other, and help the company grow in the clean room workshop supervision and management experience!
