     With the gradual recovery of the construction engineering market, various projects of our company have started one after another, and the projects of deep foundation pit and large floor concrete have gradually increased. In order to improve the professional supervision engineers who struggle in the front line to supervise the construction of deep foundation pit, In the DK20210031 block nano project, the Chief Engineering Office and the Engineering Department organized to learn and exchange the construction attention points, supervision and monitoring points and other key processes such as deep foundation pit enclosure construction, mass concrete construction, and demolition of enclosure support. Through this learning exchange, colleagues were enthusiastic about business knowledge learning, carefully recorded and heated discussions, and jointly discussed working methods, identified their own shortcomings, and strengthened work efficiency results. By benchmarking the nano City project, we can find out the gaps in our own projects, draw on each other's strengths and make progress together, and further enhance the pertinence, effectiveness and richness of our supervision technology education and training.
