       On January 22, 2021, the "Intern Symposium" was held at 14:00 in the large conference room of the company. 26 interns and company leaders Ge Feng, Shao Bing of the Chief Engineering Office, Wang Song of the Engineering Department, Yang Hong and Ding Fei of the Administration and Human Resources Department participated in the discussion meeting.

       In the symposium, the interns talked about the gains and losses of the internship work life in the past few months, their feelings and plans after graduation, shared some of their personal feelings during the internship in various project departments of the company, and opened a new chapter of their life and work through the internship life, and learned a lot of content that they could not learn in school. Truly feel the corporate culture of Zhihong company and standardized, standardized management characteristics, said that the internship in Zhihong company is a very rare life experience, harvest a lot, and with the surrounding colleagues, the master formed a deep friendship, and has integrated himself into the Zhihong team.

       After listening to the speeches of the students, Shao earnestly started from the personal growth experience, put forward the requirements of four lessons and four hard work for each intern, suggested that they should do a good job in career development planning, and put high hopes on their future growth. General Manager Wang of the engineering Department commented on the daily work of interns from the project site management, pointing out that continuous learning, continuous summary, modesty and eagerness to learn are the way for every engineer to grow.
